Don’t forget to drink half and once to an once of water per day per pound of bodyweight and if you are working out add approximately an additional 10 ounces per hr you work out. Also keep in mind more time in the sun affects hydration so make sure you are taking in enough fluids if spending a lot of time outside this Summer!
