Browse our weekly menu and select your favorites by Friday at noon. There are 6 meat options each week to choose from and 3-4 starch and vegetable choices. Meals can be purchased as singles (A La Carte) or in groups of 5, 8 or 10 for bigger discounts (Discount codes meals5, meals8, meals11. All meals must be paid at time of ordering by credit card or email money transfer up front. Small vs Large vs. Low Carb
We offer different meal sizes based on the amount of protein, carbohydrate and fat per meal.
– Small are smaller portion sizes and are designed for toning your body. Approx. 400-550 calories including 5oz protein. About 3/4 cup starch and 1 cup of vegetables.
– Large/ Perform Meals are larger, are for active women and most men and geared towards building your body. Approx. 550-800 calories with higher protein 6oz, about 1 cup of starch and 1 cup of vegetables.
– Low-Carb Meals are approximately 25-35 grams of carbohydrates. Approx. 400-550 calories include 5oz proteins with about 1/2 cup starch and 1 cup of vegetables.
Seniors Customers– Mashed potatoes are offered every week as a starch option. There is also gravy available at no charge (on the side but must be noted in comments upon checkout). Also all Seniors enjoy a 5% discount off each order. Use Senior5 as a code.
All items are gluten friendly, soy free with no refined sugars. Dairy options will also be available. If you have any specific allergies all ingredients are listed for each menu item.
We cook & deliver each Tuesday. Delivery schedule is Tuesday from 5-6:30pm. Meals are meant to be consumed within 4 days of their delivery; snacks within 5-7 days.
