How do I know which meal size to select?

We offer different meal sizes based on the amount of protein, carbohydrate and fat per meal – which make up the total calories of a meal.  You can choose your starch and vegetable for each meal.  These options vary each week.

Small Meals are smaller and designed for toning your body or for people that are less active. These include both starchy and simple carbs with 5oz protein with approximately 3/4 of a cup of starch and 1 cup of vegetables.

Large/Perform/High Protein Meals are larger and geared towards building your body or if you have higher calorie requirements.  Include 6oz Protein, approx 1 cup of starch and 1 cup of vegetables.

Low-Carb Meals are high in protein with additional vegetables, 5oz Protein, with 1/2 cup starch and 1 cup of vegetables.

Family Meals – feed 5-6 people and include both starchy and simple carbs with 5oz protein with approximately 3/4 of a cup of starch and 1 cup of vegetables

Can I change the macro-nutrient content of my meals?

Our macros are specifically formulated to serve you best. Unfortunately we do not provide custom meals at this time.  There is the option to choose your starches and vegetables and if you so choose to have double vegetables.

What if I am allergic or dislike a particular food?

No problem – just order your meals individually… “a la carte”. All ingredients are listed on each meal page so you can select which are your favorites and avoid items due to allergies, dietary restrictions or other food preferences.

Remember that all of our meals are gluten friendly, soy, and refined sugar free.

If you want to discuss your allergies, intolerances or dislikes further please contact us. We can accommodate dietary requests.

How do I store the meals?

Simply keep them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to dig in!

How long do the meals last?

We recommend consuming all meals within 4 days of their delivery and do not guarantee freshness following this time.

How do I heat the meals?

All of our meal containers are microwave-safe. Some meals (like our salads) do not require heating. To heat, simply open the lid (or remove entirely) and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Heating time will vary depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference.

Can I freeze the meals?

We recommend consuming all meals fresh but some clients do freeze certain meals – like our casseroles, chili and muffins.

Can I add dressings/sauces to the meals?

If you’d like to, sure! A splash of oil or vinegar with the greens would be a nice addition but the meals are perfect to consume as prepared. Of course everyone’s tastes are different so if you’d like to add something we recommend checking ingredient labels and opting for dressings/sauces without added sugar, preservatives and other faux ingredients.

Are your ingredients organic/grass-fed/free-range/wild?

Our meats are hormone & antibiotic free and seafood OceanWise certified. Our chicken and eggs are raised in Canada. We always use real, fresh and quality ingredients and source the best produce and items however our meals are not fully organic at this time.

What oils do you use?

We only use high quality fats like: olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil. We do not use canola oil or vegetable oil!
